Okay, Huang Cheng was great! For those who don't know what i'm talking about, me and a couple of other CLDDS girls just went to Huang Cheng, which is a Chinese play by Hwa Chong Institution and Hwa Chong JC ( i think ). So anyway , i was supposed to meet YueXiang, SiYinn, YunZhu, Sabrina and Shermaine at Toa Payoh MRT at 6.50pm but i couldn't rush back in time because i was at City Hall trying to eat my dinner. Eventually i took the MRT down to Raffles Place and walked to Victoria Concert Hall. It's very near actually. Waited nearly 20 mins for the rest to arrive, and when they did arrive, we went in, at about 7.25 pm. It started at 7.30pm.I'm too lazy to describe everything, but basically, three skits were performed. And i tell you, everything - the music, the lights, the props, the costumes,you can tell at a glance that it's super first class.And the acting! Whoa. They weren't using those portable microphones but i could hear them SO CLEARLY even though we were sitting all the way at the back. There were two dangling microphones but those don't really work lah. They suck. Anyway, to cut a long story short, the first play was a really sad play, the second was a well, kind of scary play ,and the last one, i couldn't grasp the main message because i was falling asleep (oops) but it was basically about human nature. Ya. It was great though. Really really great. Sighs. If only CHIJ TP CLDDS could be like that. Like what YueXiang said, our CCA isn't even equivalent to one of their sub-groups. Sobs. Pictures another time maybe? I didn't bring my camera lah. Hahaha. Bye! (:
