Warning: This post may seem boring, but i really need to see it there on the screen in order for it to sink in. Aha. I'm going to do my personal subject reflection here. If you think you're going to fall asleep reading it, then don't read ok? It's really boring. Purely academic stuff.H2 Literature: Did badly for Daffodils and The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber, but it's still too early to despair. There's still Dulce et Decorum Est and the one on the marriage of Desiree and Armand. But then again, unless you're a prodigy like Mrs Leong, Literature is always a struggle. Tess of the D'Urbervilles and Wuthering Heights are a bit dry, but it's still too early yet to pass my judgement on these two texts. H2 Economics: Didn't do very well for the PPC test, but at least i've realised that there's really no need to write all that mumbo jumbo. I just killed myself in that test. If Ryan can do fairly well, why not me? (: Price elasticity is a little confusing, but i'm getting the hang of it. H2 Geography: The first test is tomorrow. So it's still too early to say much, but i think i've more or less gotten most of it. Mindmapping has helped guide me through Mr Toh's excessively wordy and long lecture notes. H1 Maths: For the first time in my life, i actually feel like i'm okay for Maths. The first test was fairly well done, and there's another one tomorrow. I hope i can do even better (: Mr Saw can't really teach, but seriously, where do you get a teacher who answers to your calls for help so readily? Ms Chong would have thrown everybody out of class if we call her the way we call Mr Saw. Haha. H1 GP: First timed assignment was quite well done, but it's nothing much to be happy about. Just handed in my second timed assignment on Monday, and i've got my fingers crossed that i'll beat Ryan this time. Muahahaha. If successful, I'll beat Izzuddin next. Muahahahahaha. H1 Chinese: I think i've got an overly-encouraging Chinese teacher. Honestly, all that i wrote was crap, and she graded me 21/30? Hello? Knowing Xie Lao Shi, she probably would have torn my paper in half. Haha. So that's all for my personal subject reflection. Sorry for the boring post, but it has to be done for myself. And i'm off to look through Geography and Maths once more (: Till next time!On a side note: Ryan, if you throw stuff at us again during PE, even if it's just those bits of red foam which makes up the track, it's going into your mouth the next time. Hahaha. If Yu Ting didn't tell me that you, Fithri and Derrick were acting strangely behind, i wouldn't even have noticed -.-'.
