Ahahaha. What an eventful week (: And what a beautiful way to end off Semester 1 (:Had our GP Promotional Exam 1 on Wednesday. It was certainly a lot better than i had expected; at least i didn't experience that dreaded writer's block that i've always experienced before every GP timed assignment. Thursday was the start of the Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) camp, but it was just terribly boring, especially the Financial Literacy Workshop. I was trying very hard not to fall asleep, the reason being Mr Ang lurking at the back of the Centrestage. Only the Cashflow game was interesting, mostly because people got excited whenever someone landed on the 'Congratulations! You've got one child' marker. Some people, like Yu Ting and Jamie, got 3 children by the end of the game. I was lucky enough to get it only once (: Had a meeting for Youth Activists after that, but Rajeswari and I sneaked out halfway though, since we really weren't interested. Friday was the start of the fun (: Teambuilding Activities was just plain retarded, but it was so fun! The first game was one when we had to stand in a circle, two people being connected by one piece of string. We had to tie a standard knot without releasing the strings. We failed, but because of the amazing negotiation skills of Dave and Ryan, we somehow managed to convince the teacher that we tied a belay knot. Haha. Afterwards, we went to tie up Ryan with the ropes. it was funny to watch him being trussed up like a chicken. Heh. The second game was the river crossing one, standard enough but funny to watch. The third game was the Minefield game, where one person is blindfolded and another person has to guide his or her partner through the maze. We eventually managed to convince Mr Toh to play with us, and we just kept messing up the obstacles for him. HAHA. After that, while the rest of the classes were playing tame games like Murderer, 09A3 started doing the limbo. Again, Mr Toh got kachiao-ed into joining us, but he was really sporting and just played along (:After morning tea was the Human Knot game, played excessively in secondary school. But my team was the fastest to solve it, somehow managing it in 2 mins and 36 seconds. Wow. The last game was the one where everybody has to stand on the same ground sheet, remember? Also played excessively in secondary school, but this was even funnier because of Yu Ting running away 'Ahhhhhhh!!!!' when we told Ryan to carry her on his shoulders. Haha, Yu Ting ah, there's no need to get so worked up okay? In the end, she only wanted Tivia to carry her. After lunch was the Personal Grooming Workshop (: Afterwards, we went for Top Girls. We had lots of fun getting ready, but almost couldn't make it in time. Haha. Quite a confusing play, mostly because of the thick British accent and the fact that we've never read the book before. But we had fun cam-whoring and laughing at each other's make-up, dressing, etc. Reached home at nearly 11.30. Heh. Shame we couldn't hang out after that though, it was too late. Well then, that's it for now. Extra lessons tomorrow ):, but looking forward to meeting Yue Xiang in the afternoon! Yay! (:On a side note, you absolutely disgust me. Seriously, don't you feel embarrassed about typing such things on your blog? Stop being so obessessed with yourself. All you talk about is you, yourself and your numerous boyfriends. Grow up and get a life. I'm sick of you. Yue Xiang, i will tell you who i'm talking about tomorrow. Though you may probably know already, looking at my tone.
