Briefly summing up the events of yesterday and today:

Saturday, 22nd of December
My father came back for Christmas. We went on to Marks and Spencer to buy Christmas presents and such for his colleagues in China. Here's an outline of what we bought altogether ( we're not crazy ):1 large box of Family Selection cookies, 2 boxes of Dutch Shortcake, 6 bars of chocolate, 1 box of wheaten crackers and 1 packet of milk chocolate mini wafer fingers. After which we had tea at the Marks and Spencer Cafe. I had an Apple Turnover, and my parents both had scones (: We shopped around for a while, then went to the Koufu at Toa Payoh because my mother wanted to go to NTUC. Typical. So that's all for today (:

Sunday, 23rd of December ( Today )
My parents decided to act sporty today ( hehehe ) and climb Bukit Timah Hill. I've already been there twice previously, and thought it would be a piece of cake. But the incline at the start of the walk was so steep, i had a lot of trouble climbing up. I guess 2 months of not climbing up and down staircases, no pe lessons, and no exercise certainly qualified me as the weakling today. The rest of the trial was pretty okay. When we reached the summit, we started eating the Dutch Shortcakes. Nice (: Went down again, and halfway through it started raining. Went to LongHouse at Thomson for dinner (: Had char siew rice , and goreng pisang (:
