Yes, i'm here to blog about food again. See? I should really change this is a foodie blog, provided i have the time. What i'm going to introduce today is somewhere i just visited 3 hrs plus ago. Haha. This hawker centre is somewhere in Chinatown, on a temporary site. Don't ask me exactly where it is, i can't even remember what it's called. But it's just a stone's throw from Outram Park MRT station. Oh, just to digress, my father came back to Singapore unexpectedly on Friday night/Saturday morning. Walao, i got a shock when i heard keys twisting in the lock at 3.30am in the morning. Ya, so, he was dying for the fish head at Chinatown, so we just went there today lor.At this hawker centre there are actually quite a few of these fish head stalls. All are quite okay, but they differ in price, the way they're cooked and what kind of sauce they put. You can try all these stalls lah. Just watch out for the bones. Wahahahaha.Anyway, today we tried the spicy sauce, and ohmygosh it's SOOOOOO good. Just get a large plate of the fish, a plate of sambal kangkong, and a large bowl of rice....hee, instant shiokness. I think my poor father was really deprived ; he wasn't even chewing, he was like swallowing. Haiyo. Anyhow, if anyone happened to be passing by Chinatown there, drop by and try the fish head . NICE.Ok, gotta go. Bye! (:
